Most homeowners don't sell houses often, or ever, so to make sure they make informed decisions, they use LocalAgentFinder to research agents. Viewing information from a range of agents helps them to confidently invite their favourites around for a valuation and get their property on the market.

What will I receive about the property owner?

As part of our consumer profiling process, we gain a number of valuable insights about our homeowners. The following information is shared with you when we notify you of an opportunity:

  • The homeowner's name and contact details (including phone number)
  • The property address, property type and number of bedrooms, their timeframe to sell or lease their property
  • Their estimated value of their property
  • Their most important factor in selecting an agent.

What happens with the information I submit?

Your agency information will only be shared with qualified vendors and landlords that match your target property type in the nominated postcodes which you service. You will be informed every time your details are shared.

How is LocalAgentFinder funded?

When local homeowners request agent information, it's free to participate and get in the running to win listings. A service fee is only charged if you successfully complete a property transaction.

The service fees are:

  • 0.395% of the successful sale price achieved with the fee capped at $4,750 + GST, payable at completion
  • 1.5 week's rent + GST
